Children’s Privacy

If you are under 18(“Minor”), an authorized representative must create and manage an account on your behalf. Authorized representatives are the only individuals permitted to create profiles, manage accounts, and use our platform on behalf of minors.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from users under the age of 18. If you become aware that a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately using the details in Section 9, Contacting Us. If we confirm that we have collected data from a user under 18, we will take prompt action to disable their account and delete their personal information from our systems.
In compliance with European data privacy regulations, minors between the ages of 13 and 16 may be permitted to provide consent for the processing of their personal data. Where such consent is required, you are responsible for ensuring that the appropriate consent or authorization from a parent or legal guardian has been obtained. We may request evidence of this consent or authorization and reserve the right to suspend or terminate data processing until we receive proper confirmation. .
Authorized Representatives
Any agency, management company, or individual agent or manager representing talent (“Talent Representative”), as well as parents or legal guardians of minors (collectively referred to as “Authorized Representatives”), affirm that they are legally authorized to act on behalf of the talent. They confirm that any required consent from the talent has been obtained and agree to use the services in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Authorized Representatives must cease using the services immediately if their authority or the talent’s consent is revoked or no longer valid.
While we are not obligated to do so, we reserve the right to request proof of an Authorized Representative’s authority to enter into this Privacy Policy and act on behalf of the talent, including evidence of consent to share the talent’s personal information. If we discover that someone without proper authorization has created, modified, or managed a talent’s account or profile, we will take prompt action to deactivate the account and delete any associated information within our control. Authorized Representatives are fully responsible for their actions or omissions when using the services and agree to indemnify Prodmee against any claims or liabilities that arise from unauthorized or unlawful conduct.
Your profile
Each account includes an online profile, which can be displayed during the account setup process. Certain required information will automatically be transferred from your Account Profile to your public Profile. Additionally, you have the option to add other details directly to your Profile, such as credits, without those details appearing in your Account Profile. Please be mindful not to include any information on your Profile that you do not want to be publicly accessible.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
Other
By using our services, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily choosing to provide personal and/or sensitive information about yourself, including details about your work experience. Certain personal information may be displayed in your profile (as defined in section 3 below). Your profile can be accessed by registered casting directors, authorized representatives, and registered talent agents and managers (collectively referred to as “industry professionals”).
Your profile may also become accessible outside of the platform through sharing by you, your authorized representative, or industry professionals, either by email, by sharing the URL of the profile page, or through web search engines, over which we have no control. Once your profile is shared or indexed by a search engine, it may be redistributed by any third party with access, and we are not responsible for how others may use or share your information. By posting and sharing your profile, you acknowledge that you understand the associated risks and agree to assume those risks willingly.
